Oleg is a community activist and co-founder at Testers.lviv.ua. Speaker on SQA Days-13 and IT-Weekend 2012 conferences. He's worked as a software engineer with overall work experience in software testing since 2002 in a variety of roles as a tester, test lead, auditor, trainer, mentor and consultant. 

Rybalko_Gleb

Gleb Rybalko, Ukraine, Kharkov

Gleb Rybalko – lead QA engineer, consultant and coach. He started his journey in SW testing and QA at 2006. And now, with more than 7 years of hands on experience in software development and testing, he helps other to make quality products.

Gleb coaches software testers on the internal courses established within Globallogic Ukraine LLC. He also shares his expertise on monthly meetings of local QA community in Kharkov, Ukraine.

Head of “Tech Talks” community in Kharkov – professional community of SW developers, testers and other IT professionals. Responsible for planning, scheduling, controlling scope and supervising tech talk meetings\conferences.

Web-based applications software tester, specialized in high-load systems. Worked in the outsourced teams and in the office teams; in the agile-oriented teams and in the non-flexibility teams. Author of the blog Just Test It!
The main area of interests are security and performance testing. In off-duty time reading profiled books, blogs and articles; searching for tools to make manual testing easier; trying to automate all that need to be automated.

Alexey Fedorov, Russia, St. Petersburg

Tester from April, 2011. "Heart" and a part of "Brain" of St-Petersburg association of testers. Нe presses towards to see everything himself and to get at the heart of the matter, leaves everything in order after himself.

In spare time he reads a lot, listens to "Aquarium". Нe is a good company, a lover of stories, a great theatre-goer.

I`ve been working in quality assurance since 2010. During my career I gathered good knowledge of software development life cycle and was participated in many projects. I have good practice of communication with customers in day-to-day work, negotiation product requirements, analyzing requirement specifications, estimating test efforts in order to achieve high quality results in software products. Proactive, purposeful and cheerful person, open to everything new and interesting.
