Up to August 31 - Abstract and Presentation Submission Deadline * (additionally can be provided with supplementary materials)
Up to September 8 - Camera-ready Annotation and Presentation Submission Deadline (Annotation will be published in proceedings)
From September 1 to 30 - Acceptance Notifications
*Presentations can be made available in draft form for review by the program committee. Final presentation should be submitted within 7 days before the event.
** The speakers included in the program participate in the conference and all activities, including a dinner for speakers on the eve of the conference, for free! Travel and accommodation are paid by the speakers themselves.
*** Speakers with the status of the talk “Refusal” can take part in the conference at the price as of the date of registration.
**** Speakers who have recused themselves or have not submitted a talk can take part in the conference at the price currently in force.
