STANDARD ROOM:

• Double occupancy: 8 600 roubles per night, includes 0% VAT

PRICE INCLUDES Breakfast buffet at Skylight Restaurant, 0% VAT at the current rate, tourist tax, free Wi-Fi internet in rooms, free access to the fitness centre.

Standard room (28 sq.m.) offers guests everything necessary for productive work and rest — a comfortable desk, Internet access, safe, LED TV, iron and ironing board, tea set, bottled water.

Check-in Time: 14:00 at local time.

Check-out Time: 12:00 at local time.

Early check-inn: 

In case of guaranteed early check-in before 09:00 am on the day of arrival, an additional 100% of the room rate per night will be charged, including breakfast on the day of arrival.

In case of guaranteed early check-in between 09:00 and 14:00, an additional 50% of the room rate per night will be charged. Breakfast can be purchased additionally.

Late check-out: 

In case of guaranteed late check-out before 18:00 local time, an additional 50% of the room rate per night will be charged.

After 18:00 — 100% of the room rate per night will be charged.

TERMS OF CANCELLATION:
Rooms can be cancelled 48 hours before the day of arrival without penalty. If cancelled later, a penalty of one (1) night will be charged.

BOOKING INSTRUCTION:

2. Enter the check-in and check-out dates during the promotional price period.
3. In the field “I have a promotional code” specify SQA36.

A credit card is required to guarantee the reservation. The card will not be charged and is only provided to guarantee the reservation in case of late cancellation or no-show.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

1. By cash on arrival (a card is required for the guarantee).
2. Bank transfer. Once you have received confirmation of your room booking, email groups@airportcityplaza.com with the details of the paying company and a request to issue an invoice for payment by bank transfer. The payment must be received by the Hotel no later than 48 hours before arrival.
3. Online payment. Request a payment link by email groups@airportcityplaza.com. The link is valid for payment within 24h.
