Workshop: Behind the Hiring Process – A Workshop on Conducting Interviews

I invite you to a workshop for QA managers on hiring testers, where you will gain practical insights into the recruitment process in the QA field.

We will cover all the key stages of hiring, from creating the profile of the ideal candidate to filtering CVs and preparing for each interview. You will learn how to effectively analyse CVs, identify key competencies, and formulate interview questions to find the right candidates.

Particular attention will be given to practical experience — you’ll have the opportunity to conduct mock interviews and receive feedback. We will also discuss how to summarise interview results to select the best candidate.

This workshop will be useful both for those who are just starting their journey in recruitment and for those looking to expand their skills in hiring testers.

Round table: Fucked up Hiring Testers

All hiring managers make hiring mistakes. We will share our experiences of failures, discuss their causes in hindsight and what we could have done to anticipate and prevent them. On the other hand, job seekers also have job search failures - it's common to fail an interview due to anxiety, but what if you interviewed and got a job in a company and then realized it wasn't the place you wanted to work?

Let's have a verbal battle between employers and job seekers because the truth is born in a dispute!

Test it with your head, not hands!

There is still the stereotype that manual testing is easy, that it is just a step up from there, that it is "push buttons", etc. And in fact, manual testing is a massive layer of analytical work. It is one of the pillars of product quality assurance. Perhaps the very name "manual testing" is incorrect because we test with our heads, not our hands! So let's talk about how and why manual testers use their heads, examples, tips and techniques.
