Over the last few years, the QA field has been actively developing, with new tasks, technologies, and challenges emerging. As we know, often mastering a skill or realising something new leads to a crisis. This presentation will explore the new skills the team, individual employees, and the manager had to master. We'll discuss why this can be considered a growth spurt and what kind of crisis it led to.
