    Tester's path: grow or degenerate?

All of us prefer to view tester's path as progress and evolution, waiting it from junior and more experience.

Is it a progress? Although mastering speed of switching, we lost in focusing on task, becoming more flexible in communication - lost hardness.

My report will be usefull for experienced testers and anybody, who like to look at situation from different sides.

I will tell about dark side of evolution and share my experience for finding a path to shine.
