In ideal world, performance testing is being done on time, with sufficient support from developers, on suitable hardware, and with needed volume of data. In real world, execution can be delayed, solution and / or plans can be changed. How can performance testing be done with minimal efforts but covering all important cases?

Our team does performance testing on dozens of different accounts around the world and have significant experience testing full cycle from requirements gathering till presenting report to the customer. In my talk I'll try to cover not just an approach to performance testing that we use but also an approach to performance management.
