    Emotional burnout

    One day I just didn't go to work because I couldn't.

    Probably, if it were not for my recent fascination with psychology, and the perception that I cannot climb out by myself, everything would have ended miserably. But I was able to transform this experience into a useful one for myself, analyze each of the steps that led to the bottom, so as not to get there anymore, and moreover - to remain effective and learn to divide work and personal life.

    We will look at Emotional burnout on the three levels:

    1. Physiological

    2. Genetic.

    3. Psychological

    Each of these levels has its own symptoms and prescriptions. And I’m happy to share them because I know exactly they work!
