QA community at PostTech or an approach to QA development in large companies

I am a QA Community Lead at PostTech, and I want to tell you how we have been transforming ourselves within PostTech and changing the testing process for the better through the QA Community.

The community is now becoming the mainstream, but if you ask, "What is that?" most will answer that it is an external process, utterly unrelated to the employer's company.

In the talk, I will tell how we have built a community in our company which helps to develop inside teams and assist related teams and, at the same time, is quite flexible in development. I will also talk about the challenges encountered in setting up a community and the benefits gained.

Load testing on Gatling or advantages of Gatling over Jmeter

Gatling is a famous framework for load testing.
I want to use my own example to explain why I chose Gatling over Jmeter.
There is a myth on the web that Jmeter is simpler than Gatling, but this imaginary simplicity can be expensive when the load is hefty.
My team was given the task to load the service, and unfortunately, I was unable to achieve the necessary figures in the number of users, but when I discovered Gatling, life began to play out in new colours.

Gatling is based on three technologies: Scala, Akka actors, and Netty.

In the talk, I will tell you about how to use Gatling. Why Gatling but not Jmeter.

    Template for testing with Spring

Nowadays, the speed of developing autotests and adapting technologies to business needs are important (DI and IoC, springJDBC, spring configuration make life easier). At the same time, we shouldn't forget about the support and use of already implemented code (Bus factor)

I want to tell you about the role of the Spring framework ecosystem in testing and why the tester should not be afraid to work with Spring, and, on the contrary, make friends with it and use the full power of spring in their projects.

The Spring framework ecosystem has long ceased to be only "inversion of control and dependency injection" has entered the full life of development, including autotests. In my opinion, automators do not use spring, not because it will not bring something new, but because there is no time to implement new technologies due to the timing of test implementation.
