When preparing a mobile video game for a soft launch, we can encounter different issues that prevent us from launching a quality product for various reasons. In my report, I will be discussing the development stages and why it is important to resolve any problems you have during the period when you are preparing the project for a soft launch. I will raise the issues ranging from build malfunctions to a lack of staff motivation. I will tell you how we have resolved these problems by changing our processes. We will be going over why a process may not be working and how to avoid this.
