In addition to functional testing, it is important to test the product's usability (usability characteristics), as it determines whether users will use this product or not. 

In this talk, I will describe in detail what you can learn from usability testing, what products it is suitable for and in what industries it is used, and what types of usability testing are. I will also compare usability testing with other usability research methods and show the pros and cons of usability testing. Finally, and most importantly, I will show how usability testing is carried out step by step using the example of a real project.

I will pay special attention to the development of test scenarios and the choice of metrics. In the end, I will tell you in what format it will be most helpful to present the usability testing results and in what cases.
