Testing metrics: why they are needed and how to collect them

Last year, we faced the question of how to make the process of collecting metrics more flexible, scalable, and independent of human factors. The solution was to use an automated metrics collection tool. 

In my talk, I would like to share our successful experience in implementing this tool on our projects and provide insights into the lessons we learned from our experience.
