Specialist mistakes. Process and good intentions

  • 40 min

Last year was very peculiar and gave us many reasons for concern. As is well known, nervousness and stress can destroy any systematization and processes, and this feature has not bypassed the IT industry. Especially complex changes have affected Agile teams. On the one hand, they are more adapted to changes than to waterfall teams, and this is an absolute plus. On the other hand, processes in such teams are not protected by regulations and suffer first in stressful situations

In the talk,  I will explain why a structured process is important for a tester, how QA can see failures in the process, choose the most problematic ones, and how to fix these failures.
