The theme of the report was born after I almost quit after giving me feedback from one of my colleagues.

Fortunately my supervisor dissuaded me. The main thing is to learn how to “correctly” accept feedback.

It is very important for teamleads to be able to give feedback to their employees so that they do not put the resignation letter on the table, and at the same time do not take the situation that "well, we just talked, I did not understand that this needed to be changed."

Of course, before providing feedback, it is important to be able to collect it yourself from colleagues about your employees, to be able to ask about yourself to work on yourself.
