What's wrong with our API

Just because an API meets the requirements of an analyst, manager or customer, it doesn't necessarily mean that it solves product or business problems. However, by implementing solid QA practices early in the API design phase, a team can save themselves from the hassle of multiple development iterations or having to clean up dozens of incidents if the API goes into production without proper testing.
