Usability Testing – an area of interest not only for UX researchers but also for test engineers. Exactly positive user experience leaves a mark in the heart of the user and allows forming a favourable emotional response to the product. In this presentation, I will explain what UX is, why it is needed in testing, and introduce examples of techniques that can enhance the quality of testing using real product cases.
