How We Created a Quest for Tester Onboarding

When our company was small, onboarding was quite simple—Vasiliy or Maria would tell you and show you everything. However, as the team grew, mentoring every newcomer became challenging. It consumed a lot of time and energy, and repeating the same information in a circle wasn't very engaging.

I will share how we created our onboarding quest for newcomers. I'll discuss where we started, the pros and cons of each decision we made, where we are now, and our future goals. Additionally, I'll provide a summary and a checklist for creating a similar quest in your own team.
