Testing the "box": what, where and how

Imagine, a team is using a boxed solution, more than 10 services and about 100 SQL integrations. And that's just one box. There may be two, three or more. We have seven developers and only one tester on the team.

There is "what is given" for our task, but how will we solve the main pain of regression testing? We need to build a testing process for our own developments and integration testing with boxes, determine the amount of regression for going into production and the optimal frequency for updating the box. We also need to optimize testing and reduce the time it takes to complete it, automate manual regression testing and cope with the error rate and reporting to the vendor. So many questions that need answers. I will share my experience in the talk.
