In my talk, I will share the story of how we implemented the TBD (trunk-based development) approach to develop a new module for legal entities within our ongoing project. This choice allowed us to accelerate the development process and simplify the integration of changes. We were able to quickly implement new features and fix bugs, minimizing conflicts with other developers.
It wasn't all smooth sailing: we faced challenges related to project constraints, difficulties in tasks allocation, and unexpected bugs due to inadequate testing.
