How internal activities help to grow and maintain a high spirit

There are 25 QA engineers in the 2GIS web department alone. Moreover, everyone is distributed across separate product or feature teams. Additionally, as a bonus, they span across 11 time zones. 

This situation leads to difficulties in communication and context transfer. As one of the consequences, the atmosphere within teams begins to deteriorate.

To solve these problems, we established a system that helps to unite our knowledge and maintain high spirits.

I will talk about our internal activities: how we came to them, what we tried, what suited us, what we abandoned. How almost everything broke down at one moment, and how we dealt with it.
