Staged Quality Control

We will explain why it is important to control quality at every stage and why a testing management tool is specifically needed. How metrics can help with this. How metrics can assist in obtaining an evaluation of the release status at all stages of the production cycle of a large project (more than 250 people), operating according to the SAFe methodology. We will show a quality control dashboard for each stage, quality criteria linked to a specific testing production cycle.
