Developing Testing Processes - From Scratch, But Not Quite

An approach to the development and implementation of testing processes at IBS Company is considered. The specific of this approach is that this activity occurs simultaneously with the implementation of a large number of projects in the company. The specific of the projects are described (project types and features, known projects issues, the role of processes, samples and tools for the successful projects' implementation). A step-by-step plan for implementing the approach is provided, currently available results and plans for further activities are considered, and the implementation efforts are analysed.
