Soft skill models - a method to understand people and build a way of growth

It is necessary to understand and effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, users and related teams for productive collaboration. Many soft skill models can help: they allow you to understand how other people, who are not like you, think and act, and show diversity. Other models describe team dynamics and leadership styles.

Models also help you understand yourself, your potential and possible areas of development, and find your place in the team. The benefits of knowing models are about the same as knowing development patterns or testing approaches: you can work without them, but with them, you can work faster and more efficiently. But inappropriate use of the template can cause harm.

There are many models, it’s impossible to talk about them all in the speech. I will give an overview of those that are included in my arsenal and show their use in cases. I think this will help you enrich your own arsenal of models or be a good starting point for it.
