"Hedgehoooog!..." or A Brief History of Process Formation in the "Old" New Team

Imagine a situation where you have joined a project that has been in development for many years, processes were established, documentation was maintained, and the product was updated, but suddenly, everything stopped, and it all has to be built from scratch again.

In my presentation, I will discuss my personal experience of establishing testing processes (among others) within a team, the challenges I faced, and what we have managed to achieve up to this point.
