In this presentation, I will share my practical experience of transitioning QA engineers from traditional Manual and Auto roles to Full-Stack within product teams. We will discuss the reasons and conditions that necessitated this transition, the strategy for test automation, the problems solved, and the new challenges we encountered. We will explore the necessary skills for full-stack QA in real work, how to acquire them, and the available opportunities for transition. Furthermore, we delve into the responsibilities of Full-Stack QA, examine the automation tools used, and discuss those that are helpful for beginners in programming.
The presentation will interest not only team leads and QA managers, but also QA engineers looking for career development opportunities.
