Agile testing for big teams: way of transformation

Imagine that you work in a large team of 30 people o more, and your company set a new goal - the transition to agile. In the case of analysts and developers, it`s not so hard to find a way of work - there are a lot of practices about working with requirements in agile, extreme programming, working in a distributed team, and so on. But what about testing?

The problem has several sides:

• testing on a large project in itself a problem because of the complexity of knowledge transfer, synchronization and communication
• all the problems of one team are extrapolated to the size of units
• not such a large amount of knowledge about testing in agile in Russian-speaking space

In my report, I would like to tell two stories of successful transformation testing in large teams.
