User experience replaces usability

A new era begins in which companies that adapt their applications for the people are the winners. Your customers will refuse the software if it arouses negative emotions. The new trend will soon become a standard in the industry. For some reason, many testers believe that the knowledge of the basics of usability will help them cope with the forthcoming professional challenge. But it is not so. There is a vast area of knowledge that is responsible for the happiness of users. It is called the User eXperience (UX). Most proffies confuse UX with the usability, but these are fundamentally different things.
