Experience to creating the system for the management & quality assurance process (Lightning Talk)

Everybody knows what you cannot make a quality product without quality process designed for it.

And everybody knows what you need have a special system to control this process, reduce costs, time efforts and will help in the work.

There are two ways to obtain such a system: search for Silver Bullet or make it independently. The second way is far more interesting and more perspective in a practice.

Implementation of this ambitious project will get us our own product, which will help manage the processes of testing and development, automate work on projects and become a real "magic stick" for managers.
