Setting up a “pipeline” for training QA specialists and beyond. In this presentation, I will share our experience working with students and turning them into the specialists we need. I’ll explain how we established a continuous pipeline for 50 interns, what steps are necessary for effective collaboration with universities: what materials need to be prepared in advance, what to offer universities and students. How to make your offer attractive. How to nurture an intern. What needs to be done to transform a “smart but unsure” student into a Master Shifu.
