How We Transformed Processes Using the Team Maturity Model to Maximize Quality

At some point, a team realises that the hectic development phase has been successfully completed, but quality metrics are still far from ideal, leaving uncertainty about where to invest efforts to rich the metrics baseline. 

In this presentation, I will share the story of a team that transitioned from chaotic development to established processes using the Team Maturity Model. We will explore how to create and follow a quality roadmap with this model, which will reduce the number of technical errors in the future.
