Burnout: Survival Guide

I was working, got bored — burned out.

Took on some new, exciting work — maybe it would help? It didn’t. Burned out again.

So I thought, I’ll take on even more new work to re-energise. And what do you think? I burned out. Hard.

That’s when I started to realise that this plan wasn’t working.

Thereafter, I developed a survival guide in two parts. I pulled myself out of a two-year burnout, regular overtime, and working without weekends. I learned how to focus and work efficiently in a multitasking environment.
