Evolution of the QA Guild: from a group of interests to the QA Department

  • 40 min

Is the Centre of Competence just an interest group, or an independent resource with real authority? Which organisational form is more effective? Based on our company’s experience, we’ll explore the challenges we faced while establishing Centres of Competence, which the management and organisational decisions were made along the way of their evolution.

In this talk, I’ll share real-world experience, highlight the pain points of building internal communities, and discuss successful cases of how we tackled these challenges. We’ll dive into specific tools, management methods, and artefacts that we use in our Testing Centre of Competence.
