Marauder's Map of Your Team. How to Track and Visualise the Result

A competency map, like a Marauder's Map, helps you track where an employee is and where he or she moves. How to create such a map, what magic spell makes it visually clear, and how to see the full picture? 

In this talk, I will share my approach to evaluating employees and candidates using a competency map and how I made the results of this assessment visually intuitive.
