Incident Management: How Not to Get Gray While the Prod is Down

In the talk, I will share my experience of implementing incident response processes in our company. We will explore how this happened in the initial stages, what problems and challenges our team faced, and how we moved from a chaotic and ad hoc approach to a more mature and structured model. 

The talk will be useful to specialists who are just beginning to implement incident response processes. As well as those who already have experience in this area, but are investigating how to improve and optimize the team’s work in real-world operating conditions. 

The purpose of this talk is to demonstrate how effective incident management not only helps minimise the impact of failures but also enhances the resilience and efficiency of the entire system.
