Increasing the Development Team's Involvement in Test Automation: Experience and Recommendations

In this talk, we will share practical experience on how to involve the whole team in the automation process, making it transparent and clear for everyone. We will cover three key topics: how to speak to different team members in their language, why centralized reporting storage is the basis for transparency in the automation process, how it can be built when resources are scarce, as well as how we implemented autotests in CI/CD pipelines to make it convenient for everyone and what problems we encountered in doing so.
