How One Defect Changed GitFlow

In this talk, I’ll share a personal experience that lasted for 1.5 months. We kept fixing the same defect over and over again, moving from release to release and from hotfix to hotfix. This experience demonstrated how important it is for a manual tester not only to understand the principles of working with the GitFlow version control system, but also to be able to identify potential errors in its implementation.

I will also discuss how changing the GitFlow process affected my team's work. We faced problems that made us reconsider our approach to development and testing. This experience helped us improve our processes, increase overall team efficiency, and make our deliveries more reliable.
