Batman in Testing

  • 20 min

This talk addresses the “Superman” syndrome in testing — when one person tries to take on everything at once: task overload, juggling multiple work tasks simultaneously, refusal to delegate, and the illusion of being irreplaceable. This trap is familiar not only to newcomers: the sense of uniqueness can be addictive, while remote work often amplifies it, turning the working day into an endless marathon of tasks and chats.
We will discuss why the “Superman” approach is more typically a trap than an advantage, and what consequences it can lead to.
