No people, but keep going: a real case of crowd implementation in a QA team

  • 20 min

When a team is growing, but resources keep shrinking, every day turns into a battle with routine, and new projects are endlessly postponed “for later”. We found ourselves in exactly this situation: no headcount, burning tasks, and the feeling that selecting and introducing a suitable model of external support was almost impossible.

In this talk, I will share how we adopted a model for offloading our internal QA team, why we chose this particular approach, how we built the collaboration process, and what we achieved in 1.5 years. You will see that the implementation of the Crowd team is not as daunting as it may seem — and the outcome can free up time for truly important and strategic tasks.
