In the QA community, shift-left is often discussed as an approach that can significantly improve the development process: everything should become faster, and product quality should increase. But is it really that straightforward?

In this talk, I will share our company’s experience of implementing shift-left and what came out of it. Spoiler: there will be plenty of examples of what not to do — and what we could have done better.
