Gentleman set for a test lead

In my talk, I want to tell you about a number of tools which makes a tester's life easier, and which is always useful to have.
I'll tell you how to create such set for yourself and keep within a budget of $50.
Not so much for calm nerves and willingness to hold the line, is not it?
So, we will look at the tools that greatly facilitate our interaction with:
- logs
- dump
- access to the tracker from a mobile device
- macros recording

And just look at some sniffers, useful services with notifications and go over the main useful plugins for browsers.
