Crystal Agile: how to adopt the development process to ensure maximum quality

In this talk I want to explin how we adapted the development process to the needs of testers.

As a basis we took Crystal Agile and packed set of practices we need, cutting off all unnecessary.

Report will focus on the following issues:

- What practices are most valuable in terms of tester

- How to painlessly add the XP practices in Scrum

- How to put together a set of practices in the working approach

- How not to cut off the excess
