Which developer is better, or how to compare the quality of different systems?

We show how to compare the quality of information systems, with different functionality, developed by different vendors using different technologies, based on certain metrics computed during testing.

Those metrics include: number of bugs reported in each release, number of bugs fixed since previous testing, and increase in system functionality volume since previous testing.

Presentation of the approach for comparing of the quality of information systems conducts with using the examples of real systems.
