How often you've faced with setting processes on the project, which exists for ages, but the customer just started partnership with you and he wants to start all from the scratch?

- how to use tools which customer already have and use and how to gain maximum effectiveness from them
- how to implement freeware tools and ensure the customer that they are also effective and might be used on practice
- how to automate QA reporting
