"Emotional Intelligence" (EQ) - the concept known on the West, on the other hand in CIS only gaining popularity.
Is the EQ concept be useful, measurable for the testing? My opinion is yes. In our work we are faced with the emotions and their impact on the software. It are our emotions, customer's emotions, developer's emotions. This report is not only about psychology, it is about emotions like an oracle, emotions like metrics. I'm going to share an EQ concept, how it can be used as a test oracle, how it can be used for test management. Surely, company could has a perfect metrics, processes, but people will be people and software developing and testing by the people.
