Continuous performance testing

Performance issues are regularly caught too late leading to increased cost for fixing. We propose a process on how to make performance testing lightweight, execute it on early stages, reduce time and cost of fixes. Applying same principal as we use for functional testing, performance testing could be integrated in CI/CD pipeline.
