Team and Technologies - how to find a balance

We want to talk about a balance of the two directions in an organisation of a testing process. About team and technology.

In our team, there is no a Test manager and many of the decisions we have to take together thereby deloping our team.

We test the reports which the commercial banks provide to the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. It's quite a specific product, so we have to develop new tools and technologies.

In the process, we are trying to find a balance between the team and technologies.
