During the talk, we want to introduce you the SAFe framework. We are going to briefly explain what the framework is, tell you about our implementation experience, answer the questions why we chose it, what difficulties we met with at the beginning and how we live with it now. Of course, we will tell about the benefits of this approach, we will definitely spend time testing it and talk about how the innovations affected this stage. For us, SAFe began as an experiment, and a year later it became an integral process involving all the teams.
