How to start a project from scratch?

Are you used to work on the projects with established traditions and a built process, gradually making small suggestions and improvements from a sprint to sprint? However, what to do when the project is just starting, and customers are already waiting for a complete solution from you on all the questions: from choosing test documentation to a list of required tools? How to build a suitable process for the project, and, most importantly, how to justify your choice to the client? I will give answers to these and other questions in my presentation and share my experience on one of such startups. 

The presentation is intended for everyone who participates in the creation and improvement of testing processes on a project, as well as for those who work with customers who do not have in-depth knowledge about product quality assurance.
