However, what to do when the project is just starting, and customers are already waiting for a complete solution from you on all the questions: from choosing test documentation to a list of required tools? How to build a suitable process for the project, and, most importantly, how to justify your choice to the client? I will give answers to these and other questions in my presentation and share my experience on one of such startups.
