Goldratt's Theory of Constraints on testing process

  • 40 min

In the late '80s of the last century, Eliyahu Goldratt published his Theory of Constraints in his business novel "The Goal". In the book, he outlined the basic concept - making efforts to manage a very small number of aspects of the system, the effect is achieved, far exceeding the result of the simultaneous impact on all problem areas. He also gave a number of steps and methods leading to success.

In my talk, I will tell about this theory and its application to the testing process, as well as what results were achieved.
