We will look at two aspects of a tester's work related to soft skills within the talk. 

The first is the reasons why testers make mistakes. I often notice colleagues' fear of making a mistake and fear making a decision on a task because it may be wrong. And I will highlight the typical causes of mistakes and show what tools we have to prevent mistakes or, at least, to understand where and why they can occur. 

The second thing I will consider is the importance of team communication - in terms of how it will help to do the job better and make fewer mistakes. The main idea of the presentation is that everyone makes mistakes, but communications are not a problem, and they can help make fewer mistakes. Who do I want to help with these questions: both mentors of novices in testing and colleagues with experience who fear making a mistake or a fear of asking a question.
